I already quit.

I made it just the two days on W30, then realized I was fighting a ridiculous uphill battle this month and decided I would rather prep all this month and still enjoy myself during all the events coming up.  I’m not all that upset about it, if we’re being honest here.  I also feel like I should read the W30 book and learn more strategies for keeping it up so I don’t crash after 5 days. I have a friend who added me to the “Keep Calm and Whole30 On” group on Facebook, and I’m already picking up a ton of tips and recipes and being inspired by other group members.  In short, I’m super hopeful about next month!

Also… we’re ripping up our kitchen today!  I’ll post before and progress pics when I think of it.  Short post today.  More to come!
